Should you have an item you wish to send back to change the size or colour please email us at email@example.com or go through the contact us page.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, if you receive your item and you are not happy with the quality of your purchase, please contact us and we can arrange a store credit or exchange with the return of the item/s at your expense.
Australian Returns: All exchange garments will need to be returned within 14 working days from the date of purchase.
International Returns: All claims must be lodged within 21 days from date of shipping.
We are more then happy to exchange items if the size is incorrect. To avoid this from occurring, if you have any queries on sizing, please check our Size guide at the bottom of our website.
- Sale items will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit note
Once your item has been received back to us it will be processed and a store credit will be emailed to you to the value of your return.
You can then use this credit to re purchase in a new size or colour that you desire.
Please note : Due to the high demand we have for our products we cannot always guarantee a size or colour will be available when we receive your return.
How to use the store credit
The store credit code will be emailed to you.
This code must then be applied at the checkout and the value of the card will be applied to your order. Please ensure this is applied before proceeding to confirm the order.
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it if your garment is faulty.
Mahana Kids do not offer refunds due to change of mind. we will only offer a refund if an item is faulty beyond repair.

Please allow 72 hours for a reply email.
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, please ensure your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging upon return, unaltered and unwashed.
Please have the receipt or proof of purchase enclosed inside stating your order number
If you have received an item and it is faulty upon its arrival, do not use or wear the item as this will void its ability to be returned. Please contact us with evidence of the fault and we will arrange for it’s return.
Mahana Kids do not cover the return postage costs. Return postage costs will be at the buyers expense.
We recommend that you use a service that allows you to track the item. ensure you take note of the tracking number.
